TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All items include postage cost in Peninsular Malaysia ONLY. For other than Peninsular Malaysia, additional cost will be charged for delivery.
• Please make sure there is someone around to receive the item. Sorry… we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the process of delivery. However, we will ensure to package the item at the best to avoid any damage during transportation.
• Items for the waiting list are subject to availability and will be notified via email.
• Should prospective buyers intend to withdraw themselves from the waiting list, kindly inform us in advance.
• Please remit the payment on or before the agreed due date. Otherwise we will put back the reserved items for sale
• All available in stock items must be fully paid within 24 hours and notification of payment should be made by fill up the form in CONTACT/ ENQUIRY/ ORDER  pages
• All items sold are not exchangeable and non refundable. For preloved items are 'as is' condition as you can expect from used ones. However, we try our best to ensure satisfaction for them all. I only sell what I am happy to buy for myself. All items is checked and washed/cleaned (for preloved only) before publish online.
• For booking purposes, 50% deposit from the selling price is required and balance to be settled on the agreed due date. Items will only be delivered upon received full payment.
• No cancellation or refund will be entertained once payment for reservation is made.
